Shipping Policies

We ship via UPS GROUND unless common carrier is a more economical choice and shipping costs are calculated during checkout.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and from time to time Progressive will offer promotions that may include free shipping, or a reduced rate. We calculate shipping costs based on the order size from the closest warehouse with available stock. Delivery times will vary based customers location to nearest warehouse, most orders will have a DELIVERY TIME OF 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

To initiate a return, please contact support at 1-866-777-4134 or email us at [email protected].  All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of item(s).  All items must be unused and in original condition.  If items have been damaged during delivery, please make a note of damage during receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders. Returned products will incur a 20% restocking fee.

During checkout please include any special handling needs or requests.  These options include:  Residential delivery, Notification prior to delivery, Inside delivery, Special truck, Appointment delivery, Lift gate, etc.  Please make sure to select any special handling that you require.  If you need to make changes to your orders shipping, please contact support as soon as possible.  If changes to your orders shipping result in additional charges, you are responsible for those charges.

Shortly after successfully placing your order for pick-up, we will email you a PICK-UP NUMBER. Please do not go to the warehouse without this number as you will be turned away. We do not supply Bill of Ladings for pick-up orders. If you have hired a common carrier to pick up your order they must supply their own BOL. Please make note as to the closing time for the warehouse where your order is located, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. Pick up orders will have 72 hours from being notified the order is ready to pick up. Orders not picked up with in the allowable time will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

If an item is listed as “In Stock” it is not specifically designated as in stock at your closest facility, only that it is in stock at one of our distribution facilities. Please Contact Us to coordinate pickup orders before you place your order to be sure the item(s) you are looking for are in stock at your closest pickup facility.
