How do I register?

To register for an account, Click Here.

What is my user ID and password?

To find profile information including user ID and password, Click Here to go to your Account Details page, or click the icon to the right of the search bar on the top of the page.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, Click Here to go to your Account Details page.  There you will be able to create a new password.

What are my payment options?

We accept ACH, check by mail, credit card and PayPal.Customers also have the option to apply for credit terms.Please contact customer service for more information on applying for credit terms.

What are my shipping options?

Depending on your location and order details, orders will be shipped via UPS or Motor Freight.  Options for shipment type will be provided at checkout where you can choose which shipping method suits your needs.

When will my order ship?

In stock items ordered before 12pm will ship same day.  Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped next day.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be provided with your shipping confirmation email. Items shipped via Motor Freight, eta will be provided by your salesperson.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team directly at (866) 777-4134. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a refund. 

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.

Excluded Items

Items that are marked “non-returnable” as well as custom items cannot be returned.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

Shipping Charges

Other than in cases of manufacturer defect or order processing error,  original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Return Shipment Location

Please contact our Customer Service Department at 866‑777‑4134 to request a return authorization (RA) number and the correct address to return your item(s).

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time we will offer free shipping as a promotional event.

Do I need to have an account to order from you?

Yes, you need to register for an account to place an order.
