We accept ACH, check by mail, credit card and PayPal.Customers also have the option to apply for credit terms.Please contact customer service for more information on applying for credit terms.
Depending on your location and order details, orders will be shipped via UPS or Motor Freight. Options for shipment type will be provided at checkout where you can choose which shipping method suits your needs.
In stock items ordered before 12pm will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped next day.
Tracking information will be provided with your shipping confirmation email. Items shipped via Motor Freight, eta will be provided by your salesperson.
To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our customer service team directly at (866) 777-4134. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST.
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days for a refund.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase.
Items that are marked “non-returnable” as well as custom items cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
Other than in cases of manufacturer defect or order processing error, original shipping charges as well as return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
